George Harrison / Brainwashed

The legendary George Harrison had tremendous success with the Beatles but he also did some pretty good solo work as well. Here is a collection of songs on an album entitled "Brainwashed." The songs are rockin and blended with country and pop. "Any Road" is a pleasant listen. "P2 Vatican Blues" also stands out. "Looking for My Life" is introspective. "Marwa Blues" is a gentle instrumental tune, seems to hae a slight indian music feel to it. That would not be a surprise since Harrison had interest in the Indian religion. In fact you will notice in the album an excerpt from The sacred Bhagvad Gita scriptures as well as Indian religious symbols. Other notable tracks include "Run So Far" and "Never get Over You." Check it out.
