Sports fans may recognize one of this group's members as being a pitcher for the Oakland A's and keyboardist for the group Phish. Their music is very spacey, with techno, dance and electronica beats. "Most Events Aren't Planned" is really out their where the musical backdrop is concerned. It's unique to say the least. "Where's Popeyes" also experiments with various sounds and instruments. This one is a bit repetitive though. The vibe mellows out considerably on "Electra Glide." The following track entitled "CJ3" is purely instrumental and follows the pace of the previous tracks. "Fresh Tube" sounds very much like the previous track. The last two songs "Who's Laughing Now" and "Final Flight" are mellow. This album has it's moments but is missing a certain "je ne sais quoi."
