There are only five tracks on the disk but that is probably a good thing. I found they all sounded alike and it wasn't the type of music I would listen to with any great frequency. The sound, electronica mixed with 70's style and rhythm. The songs all have interesting names. "Instant O IN Universe" reminds me of the "Cardigans", so if women singing in a soft airy voice is your thing then "Sudden Stars", "Jaunty Monty and the Bubbles of Silence", "Good is Me", "Microclimate" and "Mass Riff" may be your thing.
That said, there are lots of people who really like this band, comparing them to the Talking Heads and even the Grateful Dead, and think their sound is exquisite. The stereo separation is quite intense and even jarring at moments, drawing applause from multiple listeners. Perhaps this is one of those CDs and bands one can either love or dislike because it just isn't everyone's taste.
