Paul Tucker and Tunde Baiyewu are the front men of this pop group and have crossed over from the U.K. to share their refreshing album "Whatever Gets You Through The Day." Their music is groovy and captivating. This duo's influence stems from artists like Bob Marley, Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye. The first track is "Run," a sweet love song with Jazz undertones. "Happy" is a fun tune, one for the dance floors. First R.Kelly sang about it, then Nelly Furtado took that theme and turned it into her debut hit single. Now it's The Lighthouse Family who are singing about what it would be like to fly like a bird in ("I Wish I knew How it would Feel to be) Free/One. "Life's A Dream" offers up some questions that many of us have asked ourselves, "What you gonna do with your life? When you gonna spend your time the way that you've always wanted? When you gonna make up your mind?" Other noteworthy tracks include "You're A Star" and "Wish." A delightful album.
