Ex-Spice Girl Emma Bunton (Baby Spice) has a solo album out entitled "Free Me." While every Spice Girl member has tried to establish a solo career, Sporty and Ginger Spice managed to get some recognition for their efforts. Emma does have a sweet voice. Her album is more mature lyrically that her previous work with the Spice Girls. It's melodious but I can't really say that it's captivating. The songs sound similar. The title track is seductive followed by the toe tappin' "Maybe." Songs such as "Breathing" and "I'll Be There" have similar music backdrops. "Who The Hell Are You" is notable. 'Amazing" featuring Luis Fonsi is an enjoyable listen. An average album.
