This CD is a good introduction to Everclear's 10 year career. Of course fans will wonder why "You Make Me Feel Like A Whore," "Heartspark Dollarsign," "Short Blond Hair" and "Made Me Blind" were not included. The answer is simple; it's hard to include everyone's favorite hits into one neat package. Everclear decided to include a sampling of their greatest hits including: "Wonderful," "Santa Monica," "Everything to Everyone," "A.M. Radio, " Van Morrison's classic "Brown Eyed Girl," "Heroin Girl," "Sex With a Movie Star (Good Witch Gone Bad)," "The Boys Are Back In Town" demonstrates a new slant on an old rock 'n' roll classic from Thin Lizzy's "Jail Break" album. Several other memorable FM hits are to be found on Ten Years Gone – The Best Of Everclear 1994-2004. Everclear is currently touring the North Eastern States. What direction will Everclear's founder Art Alexakis take, after the departure of two of the band's members? Can't wait till their next studio release. The super 21 track CD is relevant for anyone into Everclear and mainstream rock 'n' roll.
