Crammed Discs (record label based in Belgium) has some of the most eclectic artists so when they put out a compilation album featuring many of their artists it is something that should be checked out. There is no way to describe the music on the album and I mean that in a good way. The music is all completely different; there is no underlying trend or theme except that they are all talented musicians within their chosen genres. A good idea would be to read the liner notes to get an idea as to the idea behind the label/album and how the music was chosen. Musically the album varies from Latin to Middle Eastern to Gypsy to Jazz to Electronica. Interestingly enough despite the variety of music the tracks blend one into the next. Somehow it works. Everything about the album works.
