A member of this group is Johnny Ray, ex-of Bill Haley and the Comets fame. He continues along the path of old school rock and roll with this album. It is filled with rock music sounding like it came out of the 1950s and 1960s. Make no mistake about it as it is all original music; it just has that feel and sound of songs from that era.
Infused with plenty of humour the album has a variety of styles on it. From what sounds like a Johnny Cash song to a soft blues song, the songs are all well done and will make you feel quite nostalgic. The guitar playing is top-notch and the lead vocals are traded between three, so that makes for some interesting sound changes. The highlight of the album for me was the old time rocker "Good Good Thing".
