The Literary Greats

Old school keyboard work and warm guitar sounds make up the backbone of this album. Every song is larger than life and provokes images in your imagination that compliment the stories told on the album. The honest lyrics don't hurt towards that end.

Though this is clearly and proudly an independent album the band should earn some widespread notice. There is a little bit of Kings of Leon in their sound and as a result people will gravitate towards them.

The only criticism of the album is that it is certainly front heavy with the back end of the album being quite bellow the bar set by the first tracks. But many of the tracks are really quite beautiful and will be appreciated by most who listen to it.
