Sting with The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra Concert Preview

Sting is one of the best known musicians in the world and has gotten to the point in his career where he has done everything…well, almost everything.

The year after he and his former bandmates from The Police toured the globe he is on the road again. Only this time it is a little different. You will still be hearing him sing his best known songs like "Every Breath You Take", "Fields of Gold", "Fragile", and "Englishman in New York", but he will be doing it this time accompanied by a full orchestra. And it will not be with any orchestra, but London's own The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra. The orchestra will be under the direction of Steven Mercurio.

Over the course of his career Sting has won 16 Grammys, been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, been nominated for an Oscar Award, and been inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. Musician, singer/songwriter, actor, activist, and philanthropist. The man can do everything and does it all well.
