24: Season Five

Jack Bauer (Keifer Sutherland – The Sentinel, Young Guns) is a Federal Agent (who isn't on television nowadays? Unless you are a doctor.) who is part of the Los Angeles Counter Terrorist division. His days are full of trying to stop bombs from going off, bad guys from killing members of his family and attempted assassinations. As you can see his hands are full. The interesting part of the show is that it recreates 24 hours in his life each season. Each episode equals one hour in a day. 24 episodes per season equals one very hectic day in the life of Jack Bauer. From the get go the series was a smash hit. Bauer and his team have discovered that there is an assassination plot against Presidential hopeful David Palmer (Dennis Haysbert – Love Field, Jarhed). All this responsibility has affected negatively his marriage with his wife Teri (Leslie Hope – Men At Work, Talk Radio) and his daughter, Kim (Elisha Cuthbert – Love Actually, The House of Wax), life has been put in danger. Some picky people have pointed out that there are plot holes and parts of the story that is completely implausible, but just sit back and enjoy the ride – think while watching, but don't look for all the possible flaws in the story and you will be highly entertained. You will become addicted to the series like millions others!
