doctor who series 8We finally get to see who the new Doctor Who is. The most famous Doctor of them all has regenerated and arrives first in Victorian London. From then on the travelling and go up against bad guys continues at breakneck speed. Due to all this danger his friendship with Clara will be even more vital. Join the Doctor through all kinds of eras and adventures.

 

Episode 1: Deep Breath: The Doctor (played by Peter Capaldi) has to at the same time deal with his latest regeneration and finding himself in Victorian England. At the same time there are stampeding dinosaurs and a series of spontaneous combustions.

 

Episode 2: Into the Dalek: The Doctor is asked to treat an injured Dalek that has been captured by a rebel ship. To complete his task The Doctor has to shrink and enter the body of his greatest foe.

 

Episode 3: Robot of Sherwood: Clara (played by Jenna Coleman) asks The Doctor to bring her to visit Robin Hood (played by Tom Riley). The Doctor assures her there is no such person.

 

Episode 4: Listen: The Doctor travels to the limits of the universe in order to unearth what fear really is. While doing this Clara uncovers what The Doctor himself is scared of.

 

Episode 5: Time Heist: The Doctor works with a group you never would have suspected him of in order to steal something they cannot remember from the universe’s most secure bank. All this is on behalf of the Architect.

 

Episode 6:  The Caretaker: In order to catch a time-lost killer robot The Doctor goes undercover at Coal Hill School. While there he meets Danny (played by Samuel Anderson) and they develop a dislike of each other.

 

Episode 7: Kill the Moon: The Doctor takes Clara and Courtney (played by Ellis George) to the moon in the year 2049. Once there they discover that it is being destroyed by a killer lifeform and moonquakes.

 

Episode 8: Mummy on the Orient Express: The lure of a space-traveling Orient Express proves to be too much for The Doctor. Once aboard he finds himself up against a murderous mummy.

 

Episode 9: Flatline: The Doctor is trapped within a shrinking TARDIS leaving Clara alone to deal with trouble from another dimension. Clara’s foe can travel through two dimensions in order to kill people.

 

Episode 10: In the Forest of the Night: The Doctor travels to the present to find out that the Earth has become overrun with trees. After locating Clara he realizes that he cannot win a battle against Nature.

 

Episode 11: Dark Water: The Doctor and Clara travel to the Nethersphere. There an organization calling itself W3 promises them that death is not the end.

 

Episode 12: Death in Heaven: The Cybermen begins an invasion of London. The Doctor finds himself having to make a decision about Missy (played by Michelle Gomez).
