Soon to Begin at the Segal Centre – Bad Jews

bad jews previewAfter having won acclaim after it played in the United States, South Africa, London, and Israel the play Bad Jews by Joshua Harmon is set to debut at the Segal Centre.  The run will go from May 1 until 22nd.

Director Lisa Rubin will take charge of this production of Bad Jews.  The story involves three cousins who are cramped together in a tiny Manhattan apartment after the death of their grandfather.  While there they fight over a beloved family heirloom.  What elevates the play to something greater than a run of the mill family drama is the witty dialogue and its look at faith, family relations and legacy.  It is a play that will entertain, make you laugh plenty and provoke you to think about some serious subjects.

Make sure you do not miss your chance to see one of the most talked about plays in North America.
