In Montreal’s historic distric of Old Montreal each holiday season there is the Old Montreal Food Tour. It is the type of thing that foodies dream of. The walking tour is three hours in length and takes the participant on culinary trip of Old Montreal. You stop at five different tasting places and also stop at historic landmarks. Four of the tasting places are sit-down restaurants with one being a brewpub where you can sample what they brew. Two of the tasting stops are of Quebecois tradition and involve Montreal’s history. In between each stop you will learn much about the city.
