Ahead of the Curve … For Over 20 Years!

Blazing a Trail for Today’s Current Trends, the Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert event has been celebrating vegetarianism, organic and ecological lifestyles for more than 20 years. “We are thrilled to see the current fervour and propensity toward healthy eating, a trend now reflected in Canada’s latest Food Guide,” says Renée Frappier, Founder of Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert. Author of several books on vegetarian cuisine, Frappier is also enthusiastic about the growing popularity of the Zero Waste movement. “What a pleasure to see such major changes occurring in our everyday eating habits. At the Expo, our aisles are filled of green products and we are proud to help bring these eco-solutions to a more receptive audience than ever before!” It should also be noted that in addition to its popular Health Section which offers an ever-expanding selection of vegetarian and organic foods, the Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert show also includes two other very important sections… Ecology and Global Health, providing a complete overview of the newest products and trends for a healthy and ecological lifestyle. “Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert stems from our desire to promote better lifestyle habits and raise awareness in visitors of all ages as to the impact of their food choices and eating habits. Each of us plays a vital role in the future of those generations yet to come. Our best efforts are vital, nothing less will do!”

A Taste of Future Trends at Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert!
More popular than ever, organic and plant-based foods feature prominently at the Expo. Among the lead products, visitors will discover a variety of vegan foodstuffs such as a new vegan cheese sauce, vegan sorbets and a pizza flour made from organic wheat. Various new fermented, raw and probiotic foods will also be unveiled at the Expo. We are seeing a distinct concerted effort towards the integration of more environmentally-friendly packaging practices as well as the adoption of greener production methods. While some are working to repatriate their production to Quebec, others have revised their ingredient lists to prioritize more ecofriendly practices. Some exhibitors are also offering visitors at the Expo the wonderful opportunity to purchase their products in bulk.
