Boustan Expands its Plant-Based Menu with the Vegan Kebab (Plate & Pita) as of August 3rd!

Available as of Monday, August 3rd in all Boustan locations!

Boustan Restaurant is thrilled to announce the addition of two new vegan menu items: the vegan kebab plate and the vegan kebab pita. These new plant-based menu items are made from shiitake mushrooms, marinated with Boustan’s signature spices, then cooked on the grill before serving. Along with these two new menu items, Boustan is also introducing a vegan garlic sauce made from canola oil, soy milk, fresh garlic and spices. The vegan kebab plate and vegan kebab pita will be available in all Boustan locations starting Monday, August 3. To order online or to find the nearest location near you, visit boustan.ca.
