APPEARS ON RED HOT + FREE COMPILATION BENEFITTING ALLY COALITION, TREVOR PROJECT & SAGE

SOFI TUKKER share LP Giobbi’s remix of their continent-crossing collaboration with Amadou & Mariam “Mon Cheri.” The producer and FEMME HOUSE founder puts a deep melodic spin on the track, with synths that undulate like water rippling across a lake. Sung in Portugese, Bambara and French, and produced virtually from Florida, Paris and Mali, “Mon Cheri” delivers an ode to love that transcends language. LP Giobbi’s addition to the track elevates the two GRAMMY-nominated duos’ call to the dance floor.

“I am 100% the product of SOFI TUKKER’s love, support, belief, encouragement and musical mentorship. They were the ones who gave me a stage to learn on, started a record label that put out my music, and they were the ones that said “hey, why don’t you add the piano to your set?” Hearing Sophie and Amadou & Mariam’s voice mixed with Tucker’s production inspired me and guided me into making one of my favorite remixes yet!”

“It’s a dream song with our dream collaborators — AND NOW OUR DREAM REMIXER (who is also our best friend). LP put her signature style on it and it fits perfectly. We’ve been talking about doing a remix with her for so long but we were waiting for the perfect one. This is it. We love it so much.”
