NJ supergroup The NEW Bardots return with a blistering Stones-style rocker “Just Another Dance In The City”.
Self-produced by bandmates Gar Francis, Dan Skye, and Wayne Olivieri with artistic contribution, on harmonica, of The Yardbirds’ Myke Scavone (formerly of Ram Jam and The Doughboys), “Just Another Dance in The City” is The NEW Bardots’ brand new single, out on Bongo Boy Records, stating the band’s mood and point of view on the current world’s situation.
Myke Scavone, back on the road next month with legendary The Yardbirds, shared:
“Having the great privilege to play on this song by the New Bardots was a high point for me during the lockdowns. Besides being extremely talented they are a great bunch of guys. As a singer, I have to say I was blown away by the job Wayne O. did on the vocals: Superb! Gar and the rest of the band are in lockstep on this rocker as never before.
