Trinity
Slum Village / EMI
By Seema

This is another one of those hip hop/ rap acts that is all about drugs, booze and the thug life. Expect a lot of vulgarity from the three members Elzhi, T3 and Baatin. Those of you who got tickets to the Nelly concert at the Molson Center later this month will have the opportunity to see Slum Village live, as they are the opening act for the hip hop star. Here's what you can expect from them. Some tunes are original in sound such as "Insane," "What Is This" and "Disco." The song "Tainted" featuring Dwele has a funky flow. "Trinity" also stands out for it's cool vibe. "Fall In Love" is also a worthy mention. The rest of the songs are nothing special and frankly, quite unoriginal.
