After a four-year absence from the music scene, Brandy is ready to re-claim her place on the charts with "Full Moon." The multi-platinum artist made huge waves with her previous album "Never Say Never," making her one of the popular voices of the R&B genre. Since then, Brandy has matured and had a chance to reflect on life and her experiences, which are skillfully crafted and presented on an album that offers up 17 tracks mainly centered on love and relationships. The title track is vibrant and has Brandy captivating the listener right from the beginning. The newly married singer keeps it real on "I Thought," a upbeat track about a failed relationship. She gets romantic on "Like This" another song that displays Brandy's impressive vocal skills. "Apart" has a smooth groove and is followed by "Can We" with a background of electronica sounds. The debut single "What About Us" has cool hip-hop beats, definitely one of the best songs on this album. It also shows a strong and confident side of this young artist. Other highlights include the "Anybody," "It's Not Worth It" and "Wow." I give this album two thumbs up.
