Lucky Peterson

Growing up in Buffalo, NY, Lucky Petersonwas exposed to music his whole life. Peterson's father owned The Governor's Inn, o­ne of the area's most renowned blues clubs. Peterson released his first record when he was five years old, which producedthe R&B hit, "1-2-3-4." The young blues prodigy appeared o­n such television shows as The Tonight Show, The Ed Sullivan Show, and What's My Line. Peterson has performed with a long list of bluesgreats, including B.B. King and Albert Collins. Double Dealin, is Lucky Petrson'ssecond release o­n the Blue Thumb label. Producer John Porter (B. B. King, Eric Clapton) says, "Lucky Peterson is far and away the most talented and exciting blues musician of his generation. This record proves it!"
