Placebo / EMI

The group Placebo is composed of American native Brian Molko and his two bandmates Stefan Olsdal and Steve Hewitt. The London based punk pop group has compiled nineteen of their best tracks from 1996 to 2004. "36 Degrees" is a decent track. "Nancy Boy" and "Pure Morning" are disappointing. "You Don't Care About Us" is good but sounds similar to other tracks. "Without You I'm Nothing" features an interesting collaboration with the legendary David Bowie. Even though the song is mellow, it has a certain je ne sais quoi about it. "English Summer Rain" has a cool musical backdrop and is one of the better tracks on this album. Placebo has also included a bilingual song with some verses in french and english, called "Protégé Moi."
