While the soundtrack music for the film "Flushed Away" fit in perfectly and I'm sure the kids attending loved the high energy music, all the music is definitely meant for the parents who brought their kids to see the film. Hey, kids don't tend to listen to Tom Jones, Tina Turner or Bobby McFerrin. There are also some more 'modern' acts included like The Dandy Warhols, Jet and Fatboy Slim. What might be considered to be for the kids are the numbers by The Slugs and Hugh Jackman. Whomever the intended audience the music is as fun and peppy as the film itself. How could I possibly give a bad review to a soundtrack producer (Sunny Park) who is wise enough to include that funny chase music, Yakety Sax, from the Benny Hill Show?
