It is the 10th anniversary of the largest boat show in Quebec. At this year's show, at which they expect over 30,000 visitors, there will be over 400 different boats on exhibit and 150 exhibitors. You can spend hours and hours there learning all there is to know about water sports and even purchasing the equipment you'll need to have fun on the water this summer.
The Montreal Boat Show does not have only boats on display, but many different related things such as kayaks, sailing schools, waterskiing, motors, and booths concerning water safety. You can even get your Pleasure Craft Operators card at the show. There are even several different workshops (only in French) that you can attend which will inform you about things like snorkeling around the British Virgin Islands, about the disappearing marine animal the manatee, and one about fantastic diving destinations.
