It took two years for this Toronto band to record and release this their sophomore album. You cannot fault them as it has been a busy time for them what with opening for the likes of Cyndi Lauper and Ian Astbury of The Cult, getting tattooed by the legendary Kat Von D on "LA Ink" and appearances on shows like TRL and The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. Everyone seems to have fallen in love with their straightforward hard rock style. It might take you a few listens to the album to 'get' it, but you will eventually and then it will find itself on heavy rotation on your player. While the pace on this album is slower than what we previously knew from this band it is still catchy as heck. You will find choruses from some of their songs stuck in your head for days at a time. There is still plenty of classic rock type tunes for you to tap your toes to.
