Crosby, Stills and Nash

A goldmine for Crosby, Stills and Nash fans! These are 12 previously unreleased demos recorded in between the years 1968 and 1971. It gives us a window into the early years of the trio and how they sounded and worked off each other. The demos also give us an indication of the evolution of classic songs like "Love the One You're With" and "Marrakesh Express".

It really isn't the best CD for newcomers to listen to as the loved harmonies of the band are not there on the demos. Only "Marrakesh Express" features all the voices on one track. Each of the members gets a turn singing lead on the different tracks. There is also an interesting 1970 recording of "Music is Love" that features Neil Young on vocals.
