Star Trek: The Original Series – Season 1 – Blu-ray Edition

Sci-fi series set in the 23rd century after Earth has gone through World War III. Humans are now exploring the solar system and all its planets. We have allied ourselves with other races to form the United Federation of Planets. The Starfleet Enterprise, led by Captain James T. Kirk (played by William Shatner), and its crew are meeting other civilization and exploring planets.

Though while it was originally on Star Trek never had good ratings; it has become one of the bigger sci-fi shows ever to air on television.

Episode 5: The Naked Time: An alien substance causes the crew to act out their innermost desires.

Episode 6: The Enemy Within: A malfunction with the transporter causes Kirk to split into his 'good' half and 'bad' half.

Episode 7: Mudd's Women: The Enterprise picks up a conman named Harry Mudd.

Episode 8: What Are Little Girls Made Of?: Exo III has plans for Kirk and his crew.

Episode 9: Miri: Kirk and his crew land on a planet that only has inhabitants that are young children.

Episode 10: Dagger of the Mind: Kirk uncovers a sinister scheme at an experimental prisoner holding facility.

Episode 11: The Corbomite Maneuver: A large alien ship tries to intimidate the Enterprise.

Episode 12: The Menagerie – Part 1: Spock (played by Leonard Nimoy) kidnaps the Enterprise former captain, Christopher Pike.

Episode 13: The Menagerie – Part 2: Spock's court martial continues.

Episode 14: The Conscience of the King: Kirk is one of the last people who can identify a mass murderer hiding amidst a Shakespearean troupe aboard the Enterprise.

Episode 15: Balance of Terror: The Enterprise has to do battle with an invisible ship.

Episode 16: Shore Leave: The Enterprise goes on leave on what they believe to be a relaxing planet.

Episode 17: The Galileo Seven: Spock is in charged of a stranded away crew.

Episode 18: The Squire of Gothos: The Enterprise is under the spell of an omnipotent man who believes himself to be an 18th century squire.

Episode 19: Arena: A strange alien race destroys an Earth colony.

Episode 20: Tomorrow is Yesterday: The Enterprise is thrown back into the 20th century.

Episode 21: Court Martial: Captain Kirk is put on trial for the loss of life during an ion storm.

Episode 22: The Return of the Archons: The Enterprise meets a leader named Landru who they at first trust then they realize he wants them to join his people.

Episode 23: Space Seed: The Enterprise is boarded by a crew of genetic supermen from the 20th century.

Episode 24: A Taste of Armageddon: The Enterprise arrives on a planet to make peace only to find themselves in the middle of a war.

Episode 25: This Side of Paradise: The Enterprise find themselves on a planet they mistakenly believe to be paradise.

Episode 26: The Devil in the Dark: Kirk investigates a series of gruesome murders.

Episode 27: Errand of Mercy: The Federation and the Klingons are on the brink of war.

Episode 28: The Alternative Factor: Kirk and Spock meet a mysterious alien.

Episode 29: The City on the Edge of Forever: Kirk and Spock have to travel to the past.

Episode 30: Operation: Annihilate!: Kirk and his crew do battle against parasitic aliens.
