Haven’t we all wanted to be a fly on the wall and be privy to the inner workings of the government and its secret agencies? And by government I mean of the U.S. of A. If we are to believe half of what television show creators feed us in regards to covert agencies. NCIS is one of those types but in a fairly believable way. Maybe that is why the show does so well ratingswise.
Episode 1: Kill Ari, Part 1: The NCIS team is trying to deal with Kate’s (played by Sasha Alexander) death.
Episode 2: Kill Ari, Part 2: Still reeling from Kate’s death, Gibbs (played by Mark Harmon) is further sent for a loop when Ari (played by Rudolph Martin) kidnaps Ducky (played by David McCallum).
Episode 3: Mind Games: Gibbs is sent in to talk to a death row inmate to get information from him. When that does not work the NCIS team goes about getting it their own way.
Episode 4: Silver War: A cast iron coffin contains the body of a Staff Sergeant from the Civil War, who was buried alive.
Episode 5: Switch: The NCIS team is called in to investigate the shooting death of a non-commissioned officer.
Episode 6: The Voyeur’s Web: After a Marine’s wife is murdered live on the Internet it leads to the discovery that two other wives were running a live Internet sex site and are now missing.
Episode 7: Honor Code: The NCIS team is told by a 6-year-old boy that his father, a Lieutenant Commander working on a secret assignment, has been kidnapped.
Episode 8: Under Covers: Ziva (played by Cote de Pablo) and Tony (played by Michael Weatherly) have to go undercover in order to identify the two bodies of hitmen that were delivered to NCIS.
Episode 9: Frame-Up: A woman’s body is found at Quantico and Tony is accused of the murder.
Episode 10: Probie: While working, McGee (played by Sean Murray) kills a man who turns out to be an undercover police officer.
Episode 11: Model Behavior: A model dies during the filming of a reality show on a Marine base.
Episode 12: Boxed In: While investigating a case involving smuggled weapons Tony and Ziva disappear.
Episode 13: Deception: The NCIS are racing the clock trying to locate the kidnapped Commander of a shipment of fuel rods for a nuclear power station.
Episode 14: Light Sleeper: Two wives of Marines are murdered and NCIS has to figure out who committed the crimes in order to stop them before they kill again.
Episode 15: Head Case: After locating an illegal chop shop, the NCIS team locates the severed head of a Navy Captain in one of the vehicles.
Episode 16: Family Secret: An ambulance suspiciously explodes while carrying the body of a Marine killed in a car crash.
Episode 17: Ravenous: The dog tags of a Petty Officer are located in the forest by a group of teens and while investigating the NCIS team find out that he was not alone.
Episode 18: Bait: At a Quantico based high school the NCIS team has to stop a teen, who has strapped bombs to his body, from detonating them.
Episode 19: Iced: Teens find the frozen body of a Marine in a lake and after beginning an investigation NCIS finds three more bodies riddled with bullets.
Episode 20: Untouchable: The NCIS team has to uncover whether a Pentagon cryptographer committed suicide and also was a mole.
Episode 21: Bloodbath: While working on what seems like a straightforward case, Abby (played by Pauley Perrette) is almost killed.
Episode 22: Jeopardy: Ziva must be protected by the rest of the team when a suspect dies in custody possibly due to her methods.
Episode 23: Hiatus, Part 1: While working on a case Gibbs is seriously injured.
Episode 24: Hiatus, Part 2: Gibbs is still recovering so the team has to work on a case concerning terrorists without him.
