Episode 2: Tucson is the Gateway to Dick or This is Not Sexy: Ray gives Claire (played by Kathryn Hahn) some marriage advice which might lead to him losing her as a client.

Episode 3: Mind Bullets or Bang Bang Bang Bang Motherf*cker: Ray tries to prove to Damon (played by Charlie Saxton) and Darby (played by Sianoa Smit-McPhee) that he is not an insensitive ex-jock.

Episode 4: Sing it Again, Ray or Home Plate: Ray has to get himself out of a sticky situation when he runs into Mike (played by Clark Gregg) in a hotel lobby on the way to meet a client.

Episode 5: A Man, A Plan or Thank You, Jimmy Carter: Frances (played by Roxanne Hart) is convinced by Tanya to meet Ray.

Episode 6: Beaverland: Jessica (played by Anne Heche) turns to Ray when no one believes her when she says she saw a rodent in her basement.

Episode 7: The Middle East is Complicated: Tanya does not know how to tell Ray that she spent all the money Francis paid her to spend time with Mike.

Episode 8: Third Base or The Rash: Ray agrees to take part in student-alumni baseball game after all the equipment is stolen and the locker room is vandalized.

Episode 9: Fat Off My Love or I’m the Allergen: After Ronnie (played by Eddie Jemison) vents his frustrations in public causing Jessica to turn to Ray.

Episode 10: Even Steven or Luckiest Kid in Detroit: Thinking he and Jessica might have a second chance, Ray considers giving up his side business.
