The first film in the series from DreamWorks, How To Train Your Dragon, was a surprise hit in 2010.  Gift of the Night Fury is the continuing of the saga involving dragons.  The package contains three discs of fun for the price of one.

Gift of the Night Fury directed by Tom Owens:

The Viking town of Berg is living in peaceful times due to its alliance with the dragons.  They are now preparing for the annual feast during the holiday season called Snoggletog.  Their short lived smooth going ends when suddenly all of the dragons fly away.  No one knows why.  Only Toothless, who needs Hiccup’s (voiced by Jay Baruchel) help to fly, is left behind.  Hiccup decides to build Toothless a new prosthetic to help him fly.  As the holiday comes closer Hiccup is determined to find out what made the dragons leave and try to get them back in time for the celebration.

Book of Dragons directed by Steve Hickner:

Hiccup (voiced by Jay Baruchel) and the other dragon trainers wait in the Great Hall to greet new recruits.  Gobber (voiced by Craig Ferguson) introduces you to the training guide called The Book of Dragons.  In it you discover the different breeds of dragons and how to handle each.  During your studies you will encounter the author of the book, Bork the Very, Very Unfortunate (voiced by Jim Cummings), who came to know the material he needed to write the book the hard way.
