Television series The Big Bang Theory, though it has always been popular, really comes into its own in the fifth season. The cast of four science geeks and their pretty next door neighbour are joined by two female nerds bringing up different dynamics and more potential for comedy. When you have this much social awkwardness in one place it is bound to get hilarious. All this is supported by quality comedic writing and a cast that has a natural way with the genre. If I was to add a little science into the review I would say that the chemistry between the cast is out of this world and it all adds up to a good half hour of television.
