Within NCIS there is a cracker jack team lead by Special Agent Jethro Gibbs (played by Mark Harmon). While he is a difficult man he and his team have become like a family they are so close. This team investigates any crimes involving Navy personnel. Ranging from “simple” murders to cases involving national security, NCIS does it all. That involves traveling around the United States and the world. No matter what the repercussions these guys and gals just want to get to the truth. A drama chock full of action and a sprinkling of humour.

Episode 1: Nature of the Beast: Special Agent Tony DiNozzo (played by Michael Weatherly) wakes up with a bullet wound, the blood of another agent on his hands and no memory of what has happened.

Episode 2: Restless: At a homecoming party thrown by his family a young marine falls dead and once the team starts investigating they realize it might have been due to a failed kidnapping.

Episode 3: The Penelope Papers: A Navy lieutenant is murdered and McGee’s (played by Sean Murray) grandmother (played by Lily Tomlin) seems to be involved.

Episode 4: Enemy on the Hill: A Navy lieutenant commander seems to be the target of a hitman and it is up to the team to figure out who put out the hit.

Episode 5: Safe Harbor: The team’s latest case involves a Lebanese family stowed away on a cargo vessel bound for the United States.

Episode 6: Thirst: A Navy lieutenant’s death is upgraded to murder from accidental death.

Episode 7: Devil’s Triangle: The FBI helps out the team when Fornell (played by Joe Spano) and Gibb’s ex-wife’s (played by Melinda McGraw) husband (played by Tom Gallop) is kidnapped.

Episode 8: Engaged, Part 1: A military plane transporting caskets crashes and while investigating the team realizes that the DNA just doesn’t add up.

Episode 9: Engaged, Part 2: Gibbs and Ziva (played by Cote de Pablo) travel to Afghanistan to work on their latest case.

Episode 10: Sins of the Father: DiNozzo’s father (played by Robert Wagner) is found passed out drunk in a car in which the body of a dead lieutenant is in the trunk.

Episode 11: Newborn King: It is Christmas Eve and Navy captain is murdered in a hotel room which leaves his pregnant wife vulnerable.

Episode 12: Housekeeping: The long missing Special Agent E.J. Barrett (played by Sarah Jane Morris) turns up while the team is investigating the murder of a Navy commander.

Episode 13: A Desperate Man: A Navy lieutenant commander’s body is discovered at a construction site and the case is made more difficult when her husband (played by Louis Ferreira), a police detective, keeps interfering.

Episode 14: Life Before His Eyes: Gibbs finds himself face-to-face with a life-or-death situation.

Episode 15: Secrets: While investigating the death of a Navy captain the team uncovers a secret society of everyday superheroes.

Episode 16: Psych Out: Gibbs has a few problems when he has to work with Dr. Samantha Ryan (played by Jamie Lee Curtis) of the PsyOps division.

Episode 17: Need to Know: An agent (played by Matt Jones) on probation is desperate to join Gibbs’ team and finds is next to impossible to impress the boss.

Episode 18: The Tell: Following a breach in security the Secretary of the Navy (played by Matt Craven) orders Gibbs to reteam with Dr. Ryan.

Episode 19: The Good Son: The number one suspect in the team’s latest case is Director Vance’s (played by Rocky Carroll) brother-in-law (played by Jocko Sims).

Episode 20: The Missionary Position: Tony and Ziva travel to Columbia to try and locate a missing Marine.

Episode 21: Rekindled: The Baltimore Police Department and the team join forces for a case involving the Navy and an arsonist.

Episode 22: Playing With Fire: DiNozza and Ziva go to Italy to try and locate an explosive device on a U.S. Navy ship.

Episode 23: Up in Smoke: The arsonist seems to be a father (played by Richard Schiff) wanting vengeance for the death of his son, who was in the Navy at the time.

Episode 24: Till Death Do us Part: Vance is kidnapped as the team takes part in a manhunt for the terrorist.
