Breaking Dawn Part 2 will be a bitter sweet film to watch for fans of the Twilight series, as this is the conclusion of one of the most successful film/book franchises. If you have read the book series already, you have a pretty good idea of what to expect but there is a surprise twist.
Bella (Kristen Stewart) embraces her new life as a vampire along with the help of her husband Edward (Robert Pattinson) and the rest of the Cullen clan. As she tries to come to terms with her new powers, she is angered to discover the connection between Jacob (Taylor Lautner) and her daughter Renesmee (Mackenzie Foy). As they all try to come to terms with the revelations, a relative of their family pays a visit to the Volturi clan and gives them inaccurate information about Renesmee, which gives the clan an excuse to face off with the Cullens.
The Cullens gather their relatives, many whom are eager and some who have to be convinced to be present when the lines are drawn between the two groups. As soon as the Volturi arrive, the situation is very tense and just when things are about to really spiral out of control, Alice (Ashley Greene) shows up with some important information that could alter the course of this showdown.
I have to say that this was a very fitting conclusion to the Twilight series. The film was simple yet magical at the same time. It was better than Breaking Dawn Part 1 and displayed the evolution of the characters fairly well. The twist in the film really was unexpected and Twilight fans will surely appreciate the happy ending.
