Just like South Park this is an animated series which is definitely not suitable for kids. Sex jokes, adult situational humour and downright offensive stuff are all to be expected from this thoroughly enjoyable series. The premise is a spy named Sterling Archer (voiced by H. Jon Benjamin), who really is terrible at his job but doesn’t really know it and somehow manages to come out on top, works at an agency in which his mother (voiced by Jessica Walters) is the boss and his ex-girlfriend (voiced by Aisha Tyler) is a colleague. Every show involves him getting into situations and somehow bumbling his way out of them. It is the type of series which is great to own because it gets better and better each time you rewatch an episode. Trust me this is a great watch!

Episode 1: Fugue and Riffs: Archer finds himself working at a burger joint and cannot remember how he got there. Lana tries to help him get his memory back.

Episode 2: The Wind Cries Mary: Archer and his former best friend (voiced by Timothy Olyphant) are in the wilderness in Vermont. Lucas, a former spy, has drugged Archer and it is up to Lana to save him.

Episode 3: Legs: Archer has an irrational fear of cyborgs. This fear is put to the test when Dr. Krieger (voiced by Lucky Yates) offers to make robotic legs for Ray Gillette (voiced by Adam Reed).

Episode 4: Midnight Ron: Archer detests his new stepfather, Ron (voiced by Ron Leibman). This hatred is put to the test when he and his stepfather are pursued by gangsters.

Episode 5: Vicious Coupling: Archer’s former fiancée Katya (voiced by Ona Grauer), who is now a cyborg, wants his help to rescue her new flame Barry (voiced by Dave Willis). Barry is stuck in space.

Episode 6: Once Bitten: Archer goes with Cyril (voiced by Chris Parnell) and Ray on a mission to Turkmenistan. Back at home Malory and Lana butt heads.

Episode 7: Live and Let Dine: The spies at Isis go undercover working with a celebrity chef (voiced by Anthony Bourdain) as his wait and bus crew. Archer works as a chef and discovers he has a talent for it.

Episode 8: Coyote Lovely: It is off to the Mexican border for the Isis team in order to save a coyote. Lana and Archer find themselves somehow being smuggled over the border with an immigrant family.

Episode 9: The Honeymooners: Archer and Lana take on a mission that involves them going undercover as a husband and wife. The tension between the two becomes too much.

Episode 10: Un Chien Tangerine: A member of the Isis’ canine unit is in trouble so Archer and Lana travel to Morocco to save it. Pam (voiced by Amber Nash) really wants to become a field agent.

Episode 11: The Papal Chase: It is off to the Vatican for the Isis team in order to stop an assassination of the Pope. Archer and Pam have to go undercover as a priest and a nun.

Episode 12: Sea Tunt, Part 1: An underwater sea laboratory is in danger so the Isis team travels to the Bermuda Triangle on save it. Cheryl (voiced by Judy Greer) is the only one who seems to be concerned about a bomb.

Episode 13: Sea Tunt, Part 2: Once they are at the underwater sea laboratory the Isis team realizes they have precious little time to save it from its crazed captain (voiced by Jon Hamm). Once again Archer’s incompetence puts the whole mission in jeopardy.
