Realizing that the ship had sailed, Canadian songstress said in an interview a few years back that Lilith Fair has run its course and she would not try to do it again. Hoping to revive the ultra successful female only music festival, McLachlan started it up again last year. It was less that successful with many dates (including Montreal) being cancelled and others happening in front of small crowds.
Touring this time in smaller more intimate venues, it seems like this is the perfect type of show for McLachlan as her music is personal and intimate in structure.
Songwise you can expect the usual big hits like Angel, Building a Mystery, Possession, Fallen, Hold On, Aida, and Sweet Surrender from her. But do expect her to have reworked them. On top of the golden oldies expect new material from her latest album, Shine On.
