The picture beside the word man child in the dictionary would be of Ders, Adam and Blake. Despite the fact that they are twentysomethings who have jobs and live in a house they are trying their hardest to never grow up. Between their excessive drinking, smoking up and ridiculous behaviour these guys are like overgrown children who have access to adult things.
These three men live together and work together at a telemarketing firm. All the three college dropouts want out of life is to work as little as possible, drink beer, smoke weed, and enjoy the company of women. The pranks and schemes they get themselves entangled in will have you laughing for hours.
Episode 1: Dorm Daze: Ders (played by Anders Holm) enlists Adam (played by Adam Devine) and Blake (played by Blake Henderson) to help him recruit one hundred potential employees at a career fair at a local college. Ders ends up facing off against the next table – the U.S. Coast Guard.
Episode 2: Front Yard Wrestling: The guys get on public access television with their front yard wrestling show. Co-worker Bill (played by Billy Stevenson) gets jealous of the guys’ show and try to tear them down.
Episode 3: Speedo Racer: Ders is talked into going to a swim team reunion race by Adam and Blake. There Ders finds out his nemesis has married the girl he had a crush on.
Episode 4: Menergy Crisis: The guys get together and form a band called Menergy. With the extra money saved because of cutting back on office supplies Alice (played by Maribeth Monroe) says they’re going to have a party.
Episode 5: Gayborhood: Ders, Blake and Adam accidentally end up at a Pride Weed party. At work they participate in a team building competition.
Episode 6: Ditch Day: Karl (played by Kyle Newacheck) has to go to Mexico and leaves his Mexican stuff with the guys. Ders, Adam and Blake plan a Ditch Day at the office.
Episode 7: Gramps DeMamp is Dead: Adam brings Ders and Blake to his Granpa’s funeral. When the funeral turns out to not be a typical DeMamp funeral, Adam and his dad (played by Jack Black) jump in.
Episode 8: Blood Drive: A blood drive competition is happening at Teleamericorp and the branch that donates the most gets a visit from Dolph Lundgren. Ders is afraid of needles so he gets Karl to bring him some blood.
Episode 9: Wedding Thrashers: Adam meets what he thinks is his soulmate at a bar. In homage to him being off the market, Ders and Blake throw him a bachelor party.
Episode 10: Trivia Pursuits: Ders’ knowledge of 80s movies takes down the reigning trivia champs. After a ball hockey concussion, Adam challenges the former champs to a trivia night at the guys’ place only to find out Ders has to work.
Episode 11: The Slump: Adam’s Top Gun hat is taken away from him by Alice and Sadam appears. Ders and Blake try to get him out of his slump.
Episode 12: Peyote it Forward: The boys go over their favourite Roganisms. At work Alice hesitantly agrees to allow the guys to watch a client’s son for a short while.
Episode 13: Tac in the Day: The guys have gone too far and Alice fires them. That is until Ders pulls out their one time you can’t fire us card.
