Montreal is most certainly a multi-cultural city and one that likes outdoor events during the summer months. Combining those two things gave birth to Weekends du Monde. Weekends du Monde is an opportunity for the whole family to get outside at Parc Jean Drapeau and indulge in the city’s cultural diversity.
Each weekend features a different country, culture or people and different members of that community gather together to bring what makes them special and unique. The event involves food, dance, art, music, and other cultural particularities.
This year you will be able to learn about Jamaica, Venezuela, Cambodia, Dominican Republic, Europe, Peru, El Salvador, Mexico, Columbia, Trinidad and Tobago, and Cuba
