Rarely does an album include stuff for the entire family. Suicide Squad the film might not appeal to everyone but they have attempted to do just that with the soundtrack. It is something that contains music by CCR for classic rock fans, Panic! at the Disco for pop fans, Twenty One Pilots for Top 40 people, Skrillex for the EDM enthusiasts, Lil Wayne for the rap fans, Mark Ronson for British music fans, Lesley Gore for older music fans, and for fans of funk there is War. They have covered most bases and musical genres. The best part is that other than the Panic! at the Disco cover of the Queen classic “Bohemian Rhapsody” which is pretty much a karaoke calibre version it all is great with the best of the bunch being the Twenty One Pilots track “Heathens”. Even the songs you already know and might own “Without Me” by Eminem and “Fortunate Son” by Creedence Clearwater Revival work adding to the overall tone of things.
