This is the most-watched series in the illustrious history of HBO. Despite the length and voracity of the winter in the show it remains hot, hot, hot. Some popular series lose the interest of the public by season six. Such is not the case with Game of Thrones. It has managed through great acting and storylines to capture and keep our attention. This despite the fact that it has run out of George R.R. Martin source material.

game-of-thrones-the-complete-sixth-seasonThis was another powerful season. After all the chaos and change in season five season six does not take its foot off the gas.  Several characters forge, for their own survival, new and oftentimes shocking alliances. New characters are introduced that rock the boat and put who is in power into question. The body count is shocking at times and it is still a series that demonstrates no fear of ending the run of big characters. Don’t think you have figured out where the series is going…because you haven’t. That is all I am going to say because anything else would lead to spoilers and that is not cool. Watch and find out for yourself as it is time well spent.
