Jérôme Ferrer, Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux, is pleased to announce the relocation of the Europea restaurant. Located at 1227 rue de la Montagne for over 16 years, the prestigious restaurant will move only a few steps from its current address, in the elegant Roccabella building, at the corner of René-Lévesque and De la Montagne.

This new major project, conceived in collaboration with the Provencher Roy firm, will offer a unique concept. Scheduled to open in autumn 2018, it will include a lounge-style cocktail area, a tea room, a brunch area, a fine brasserie, a prêt-à-manger shop and a gourmet restaurant at the cutting edge of technology.

“This ambitious project will include several gourmet addresses under one roof and will showcase local products, art and technology,” says Jérôme Ferrer. This project will be in perfect continuity with the philosophy that has always been the hallmark of the Europea restaurant : offering the best value for money with a cuisine focused on emotions and pleasure “.

For the occasion, Jérôme Ferrer will soon unveil a $ 50 souvenir menu. Offered on certain week nights at the Europea restaurant, the menu will revisit its classics of the last 16 years.
