You should not really be secure in the idea that Ash (played by Bruce Campbell) is humanity’s best chance at survival. Not because he is a bad person per se but because he is normally the type that will go wide and far to avoid any type of responsibility. Now he can no longer run and hide as there is a Deadite plague that is threatening to erase every human on the planet.

Ash has been fighting with all he has and as such has become something of hero to most. His task is complicated when he discovers that he has a daughter. Kelly (played by Dana DeLorenzo) has seen with her own eyes a massacre in which she believes that Ruby (played by Lucy Lawless) is responsible for. Upon her return she lets Ash and Pablo (played by Ray Santiago) in on her suspicions.

A helluva fun ride is the best way to describe Ash vs. Evil Dead. As long as you are a fan of the horror/comedy genre. If you like the Evil Dead movies then check this out as you won’t be disappointed. Though be warned that this is a little different from them…in a good way.

This is the final season of the horror/comedy series. During its run on Starz it became the station’s most watched. Still this is the end. Thankfully for the fans’ sake it features a perfect (or as close as you can get to it) ending. Emotional but open ended so leaving room for a future.
