The Alt-rock duo The Blue Stones have announced a heaping dose of tour dates throughout The States surrounding their support tour with Grandson. The band will perform on select radio shows and festivals, most notably Bottle Rock, Shaky Knees, LaureLive, and 98Rock Festivals.

“We’ve been waiting for a coast-to-coast headline tour for a long time,”says the duo’s frontman, Tarek Jafar. “We’ve been waiting for the entirety of our band’s existence. Don’t expect a marathon pace. Come ready for a rock show,”

The Blue Stones recently released three new videos filmed when the band stopped by SiriusXM. In addition to two original songs, the group did a knockout cover of The Rolling Stones classic,“(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction.” Those tracks and more are featured on an all-new EP that came out on January 11, 2019, titled,Live In SIRIUSXM Studios.

Late last year the group debuted a music video for their hit single,“Black Holes (Solid Ground),” via Billboard Magazine. Directed by Jason Lester and filmed in Los Angeles, CA, this was the first music video the band had released from their new LP. “Black Holes (Solid Ground)” peaked at #31 on the Alternative Chart and #22 on the Mainstream Rock Chart simultaneously, a feat not many artists get to claim and even fewer claim on an independent record label.

The Blue Stones have seen massive success in the new music business’ streaming model. Prestigious Spotify playlists like Rock This, Totally Alt, New Noise, Dirty Rock and more have all featured the band’s hit single,“Black Holes (Solid Ground).”
Fans will recognize“Rolling With The Punches” and “Black Holes (Solid Ground)” as they have received several placements in the USA Network’s hit show Suits, Showtime’s comedy series Shameless and ESPN’s Monday Night Football.“Black Holes (Solid Ground)” which is the official lead single has amassed over XX Million Worldwide Streams, an impressive feat by an unsigned band.

Black Holes was released in October of last year to some credible critical acclaim. Alternative Press put it well by saying the band “is quickly carving out a name for themselves in the Blues Rock, Alt Garage world-making stages quake and leaving only one question in their wake: ‘All that from two guys?’”

Listening to the larger-than-life, but tight and precise blues-rock of The Blue Stones on their eOne debut, Black Holes, it is astonishing to discover just two people create all that sound and fury.
