THE BROTHER BROTHERS

PREMIERE
NEW SONG

SUMMER RAIN

UPCOMING TOUR DATES:

BROOKLYN WITH BUCK MEEK

CANADA, AUSTRALIA, FOLK ALLIANCE

The Brother Brothers have released a new
song — “Summer Rain” — ahead of
their highly anticipated co-bill with Buck
Meek in
Brooklyn at
The Sultan Room on Saturday, November 16
and an upcoming run across Canada including
the legendary Calgary Folk
Club
. The band have also announced their debut Australian tour to take
place in December and January, including a coveted slot at Woodford Folk Festival.
The Brother Brothers will return to the US to play Folk Alliance International in
New Orleans on January 25 as Official Showcase Artists. The full list of
tour dates is detailed below.

American Songwriter premiered “Summer Rain” today,
noting “stunningly
simplistic songwriting and evocative harmonies
.” David Moss
elaborated for the magazine, “For
me, the song captures a feeling not of heartbreak, but of longing for something
that is gone, never to return but always to be appreciated.”

STREAM
“SUMMER RAIN”

Today’s song follows several fervently received one-off releases
from The Brother Brothers — including the fan-favorited single “Siren Song” which topped
Spotify’s Fresh Folk and
amassed more than seven
million streams
to date, a charming performance video of album
favorite “Colorado” featuring
folk star Sarah
Jarosz
and hailed by Billboard, and the new animated
music video for “Banjo Song” created by Taylor Ashton. The
Brother Brothers are expected to release their sophomore album in
2020.

The Brother Brothers’ first full-length was released in 2018 on Compass Records and drew critical praise from the likes of Rolling Stone Country, NPR, Billboard and more. The band toured their beloved debut extensively, including support runs with Folk Music Awards’ Artist of the Year I’m With Her and co-bills with folk darlings Dead Horses. The indie folk duo have sold out venues in Los Angeles, Chicago, London, and more, and made pivotal appearances at NPR’s Mountain Stage, SXSW, Folk Alliance International, Nelsonville Music Festival, and Edmonton Folk Festival.
