IN IMMERSIVE 360° VR VIA GROUNDBREAKING MELODYVR APPMELODYVR AVAILABLE NOW AT ON.MELODYVR.COM/APP
MelodyVR, the premier virtual
reality music platform, has announced the debut of three extraordinary live
shows, all exclusively available in immersive 360° virtual reality via the
MelodyVR app for smartphone or Oculus VR headset HERE. The
three live performances by undisputed global superstars Khalid, Gunna and
Future were all filmed this year in London and are offered now on-demand for
the first time ever. Available on smartphones and VR headsets, the MelodyVR app
can be downloaded at on.melodyvr.com/App.
Thanks to MelodyVR’s
groundbreaking live-stream VR technology, an unlimited global audience will be
able to experience all three concerts up close in full immersive virtual
reality. By selecting different Jump Spots – a function unique to the MelodyVR
platform – viewers can choose their location on the stage, getting them closer
than ever before to their music heroes. All featured performances on MelodyVR
are captured from multiple, well-orchestrated angles to give users complete
control over what they see and where they stand. Whether it’s down front, deep
in the crowd, or up close and personal with the artists on stage, MelodyVR
transports users to places they never thought possible, from the side of the
stage at a sold-out stadium show to the front row of a far-flung festival on
the other side of the world.
Today’s releases continue a
milestone week for MelodyVR, following a landmark live broadcast from Nashville
presented yesterday during ABC’s Good Morning America. Transmitted live
from Music City’s iconic Wildhorse Saloon, “GMA Goes Country” – which
celebrated last night’s 53rd Annual CMA Awards – showcased appearances by 2x
CMA Award winner Luke Combs, nominee Maddie & Tae, as well as country music
legend Trace Adkins.
