How could you not be intrigued by an album which contains tracks with titles like ” Witness to Schizophrenia”, “Loyal Slut”, “Joey the Cockblocker”, and “The Thought Police”? I mean…
Like most of his albums, this is a one man show by Charles Boyd. He has written, performed and produced all of Massive Success. While his previous efforts have been less than…let’s say….professional, here he shows some improvement. Even his voice seems a little better. More listenable, rather than like some guy doing bad karaoke.
As you might have guessed by the nature of the titles I listed previously, there is plenty of adult content here. Only tracks 1, 4 and 6 contain no explicit language. Fair warning. When you also tuck in some misognistic and perverse fantasies of the teenage variety….it sometimes is a little hard to take.
