Les Saveurs du Japon is a Gourmet Market with 6 Japanese restaurants from
Montreal who will let you taste their specialty in small dishes for
everyone’s pleasure.

The event will start with a brunch made by women chefs from Montreal,
including Maurin Arellano, who represents the movement of Women chefs.

Subsequently, screening of Vérane’s documentary À la recherche des femmes
chefs and discussion on the place of women in gastronomy moderated by
Geneviève Vézina Montplaisir, co-editor of Caribou magazine
