We have both survived many challenges and the re-opening of old wounds was very painful work but, we believe, necessary for our continued long term recovery.
We’ve spent the better part of the past two years pressing pen to page; pushing away from our past, and leaning forward into our future.

Our lifetime together.
We know we would not have made it this far had we not found each other and we hope our story will now help others who are also lost find their way.
