Les Films du 3 Mars is pleased to present on its online plateform Wilcox, the latest film by director Denis Côté, produced and distributed by Inspiratrice & Commandant, in collaboration with GreenGround.
It had its world premiere at the Locarno Film Festival, then screened at the Rencontres internationales du documentaire de Montréal (RIDM), where it won the Special Jury Prize of the National Feature Competition. Wilcox is now available on Video On Demand (VOD) at F3M.ca, exclusively in Canada.
Synopsis: Wilcox is of those whom exist outside the norm. Traversing deserted roads and nameless fields, Wilcox sets off to create his own mythology. Deserter, delinquent, or survivalist, the adventurer quietly roams in search of something; in search of a touchstone of some kind; in search of what could more simply be described as freedom.
