Mon Premier Fantasia:
Five short programs available online for free

As part of its 24th online edition from August 20 to September 2, Fantasia is pleased to offer a free series of short films for children as part of Mon Premier Fantasia: The section is made up of five fun and festive programs for kids and their parents.
Since 2011, the Festival has offered five programs of animated short films from all over the world that demonstrate in particular respect for each other and difference, love of nature and/or an appreciation of the arts. Two programs are aimed at children 3 years of age and older, two for children 5 years of age and older, and one for young people between the ages of 8 and 88. All programs in the section will be available for free online from August 20. A total of 44 shorts from some 15 countries will be presented in French. The fifth program, History Without Words, consists of 15 shorts without any dialogue, thus accessible to all children from coast to coast.
The five programs in the MY FIRST FANTASIA section are available free of charge from August 20 to September 2, 2020, across Canada at www.fantasiafestival.com and access the Short Programs section in the FANTASIA 2020 tab and choose from the five programs available.
Remember that this 24the edition will take place online. Through the Scope Festival platform, festival-goers from across Canada will have access to a comprehensive program of films, panels, discussions and workshops. The service will be geo-located and reserved for the Canadian public, allowing the many moviegoers across the country to enjoy the Festival. For all those who have never been able to travel to Fantasia, this year the festival is invited to your home!
