The designer, renowned for being inspired by Bauhaus architecture, launches a new collection with sharp, confident, organic and elegant lines. Showcasing the natural beauty of faces, Desmarais returns to pure, simple, drawn lines. She is inspired by the contrasts within us and by the constant quest for balance among all those variables that make us sway. The capsule collection features 6 new designs, mainly forged rings and earrings, all in polished sterling silver and oxidized sterling silver (prices range from $120 to $180).

About Gabrielle Desmarais:
Gabrielle Desmarais, the designer/founder of the eponymous jewelry line, studied jewelry design at the École de Joaillerie de Montréal, then upgraded her skills during an intensive training at the renowned jewelry school Alchimia in Florence, Italy. After several years devoted mainly to the creation of unique, sculptural pieces, Gabrielle decided in 2014 to redirect her practice in order to create a line of bold, inspired jewelry. By focusing on quality materials, great design, a renewed appreciation of craftsmanship, and durability, Gabrielle Desmarais reflects the very spirit of the slow-made process (quality over quantity). Her creations combine design, arts and craft, and fashion to create versatile jewelry made out of precious materials, which are practical and minimalist, but with a lot of character.
